What We Do

Advocacy & Support

Community Education

  • Advocate on behalf of children and young adults with special health care needs and the professionals who work to provide them with needed health care services.

  • Provide support to transition age youth to ensure that the youth with special health care need and their family have the appropriate health care transition plan in place and are skilled to self advocate in order to successfully achieve their health related goals.
Provide trainings and workshops to parents, caregivers, support groups, service providers, and many others.

Past trainings have been about our organization, Medicaid, Medical Home Model, and health care transition. We can customize the training or workshop presentation to fit the needs of the requesting individual, group, or organization.
